Practice and elegance: Find out ways to transform your space with our Metallic Raised Flooring.
What is a Metallic Raised Floor?
Metallic raised flooring (also known as steel raised flooring) is a versatile system that brings together functionality, flexibility, and aesthetics.
This type of flooring consists of a metallic raised support structure for modular panels made of metal materials such as steel or aluminum. What makes metallic raised flooring unique is the creation of an empty space between the building’s original floor and the finished floor.
It optimizes the management of technical infrastructures, allows for space customization, and contributes to an attractive and efficient environment that meets the modern design and technology requirements.

Combining the beauty of metal with the practice of a raised system, this solution offers remarkable benefits that contribute to the aesthetics, efficiency, and functionality of any space. Its main benefits include:
Metallic raised flooring celebrates a modern and elegant design. Sophisticated and contemporary aesthetics can be obtained for any space with its metallic shine and distinct textures.
Adaptability is one of the biggest advantages of using metallic raised flooring. It features a modular system that allows the space to be quickly and easily redesigned. This flexibility is especially valuable in spaces that require frequent changes or expansions.
Productivity can only be attained if a space is properly functional and organized. You can maximize the available space with metallic raised flooring. It makes it possible to hide cables and ducts under the floor, which frees up space, and allows for a more efficient distribution of furniture and equipment.
Metallic raised floors are well-built. The sturdy nature of metal withstands heavy loads, overcrowding, and wear from daily use. This durability results in a long-term investment that avoids frequent replacement and saves money over time.
Learn more about the structure
Pedestals:
Consist of cold-rolled carbon steel sheets measuring approximately 100 mm x 100 mm x 2 mm, with ribs to ensure greater torsional rigidity, a grounding spur, and two holes in the corners for fixing to the floor with glue or screws. It is welded to a square carbon steel tube measuring 22.5 mm x 22.5 mm and 1.5 mm thick, which is connected to the support plate by projection welding.
Crossbars:
Produced with SAE1006 EDD 2 mm cold-rolled carbon steel, with 75 kVA projection welding, and dimensions of approximately 95 mm x 95 mm. The crossbar is drawn and spun in the shape of a cross to fix and lock the panels without screws.
Stringers:
Consist of a SAE 1010/20 rectangular carbon steel tube of 18 x 30 mm, with a wall thickness of 1.20 mm and a length of 1,180 mm. It is a raised floor component to finish locking the structure from 400 mm to ensure greater resistance, with ribs and extended threads in the upper crossbar portion, so that stringers can be better supported and fixed.
Perimeter edge:
Produced as 2 mm steel sheets, drawn as T-sections, and with 75 Kva projection welding to allow better adaptation to the edges of the panels. They are used in cut-outs to give the raised floor more stability.
